Can the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428/M429 be used with digital phone systems for fax?

The printer is an analog device and HP recommends using it with a dedicated analog telephone line. For digital phone environments such as DSL/ADSL, PBX, ISDN, or FoIP, digital-to-analog filters or converters may be required.
