How do I download and install the printer software for the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428/M429?
You can download the software by going to 123.hp.com/laserjet and clicking Download, then following the on-screen instructions to install. Alternatively, visit www.hp.com/support/ljM428MFP, select Software and Drivers, and download the software for your printer model and operating system. Do not connect the USB cable until prompted during installation. (Page 7)
