How do I set up the fax header on the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428/M429?

From the printer control panel display, tap Fax, then tap Setup, then Preferences, and tap Fax Header. Enter your personal or company name, tap Done, enter your fax number, and tap Done. The fax number can contain a maximum of 20 characters and the fax header a maximum of 25 characters. (Page 5)
