How often should I clean the lint screen?

You should clean the lint screen before every load. Pull the lint screen straight up, roll lint off with your fingers, and push it firmly back into place — do not rinse or wash it to remove lint, as wet lint is hard to remove. A clogged lint screen can increase drying times and create a fire hazard. (Page 10)
