How often should I clean the lint screen?

The lint screen should be cleaned before or after every load. A screen blocked by lint can increase drying time, and the dryer should never be run with the lint screen loose, damaged, blocked, or missing, as this can cause overheating and damage to both the dryer and fabrics. (Page 6, 8)
