How do I register my XL824 with Trane Home?

Go to www.tranehome.com or download the Trane Home mobile app and create an account or log in. From the app dashboard, select the Menu icon, then Connect New Device, select your thermostat model, and the app will generate a Pin Code. Return to the XL824, enter the Pin Code, accept the License Agreement, and registration will be complete.
