How do I run the Clean Washer cycle to maintain my washer?

Run the Clean Washer cycle at minimum once per month or every 30 wash cycles, using either an affresh® Washer Cleaner tablet placed in the bottom of the empty basket, or 1 cup (236 mL) of liquid chlorine bleach added to the bleach compartment. Do not place garments or other items in the washer during this cycle, and do not add any detergent or other chemicals. For best results, do not interrupt the cycle; if interrupted, run a Rinse & Spin cycle afterward to rinse cleaner from the washer. (Page 13)
