Check several possible causes: remove items that may be caught in the pump or between basket and tub, ensure you're using HE detergent in the correct amount (suds can slow draining), verify the load is not tightly packed or unbalanced, and check that your drain hose is properly installed with the end no higher than 96 inches above the floor and not inserted more than 4.5 inches into the standpipe.
