What should I do if the washer displays an F9E1, 'drn', or 'dr' error code?

These codes indicate a drain pump system problem where the washer is taking too long to drain water. Check that the drain hose is correctly installed and does not extend more than 4.5" (114 mm) into the standpipe, and ensure the end of the drain hose is not higher than 96" (2.4 m) above the floor. Remove any clogs from the drain hose and do not tape over the drain opening; refer to the Installation Instructions for proper drain hose setup. (Page 19)
