How do I remove the shipping bolts before first use?

There are 4 bolts in the rear panel of the washer that must be removed before use. Using a 12 mm wrench, loosen each bolt, move it to the center of the hole, and completely pull it out along with the plastic spacer. Once all 4 bolts are removed, discard them and close the bolt holes with the 4 transport bolt hole plugs supplied. (Page 8)
