What should I do if my washer door won't unlock after the cycle?

First, check that all water has drained from the washer by selecting the DRAIN/SPIN cycle. If an error code is displayed, switch the knob or press and hold START to exit the error mode. If the water temperature is hotter than 104°F (40°C), wait for it to cool. The door will automatically unlock once these conditions are met; it takes approximately 1 minute to unlock.
