What should I do if the washer is noisy, vibrating, or walking across the floor?

First, check that the washer is level and that all four feet are properly installed with the nuts tightened against the washer cabinet and in firm contact with the floor. Also verify that the 4 shipping bolts in the back of the machine have been removed, as leaving them in can cause excessive vibration. If noise persists, placing a piece of 3/4 inch (19.1 mm) plywood underneath the washer may help reduce noise and vibration. (Page 21)
