How do I scan a document using the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428/M429?
To scan on Windows, open HP Printer Assistant, select Scan, then choose Scan a Document or Photo. On Mac OS, go to the Applications folder and open HP Easy Scan. Use the HP Scan software on your computer to initiate a scan job on the printer. (Page 6)
