What should I do if the washing machine vibrates excessively?

First check if all transit bolts and packing have been removed during installation. Ensure all four feet are resting firmly on the ground and the machine is perfectly level using a spirit level. If the machine rocks when pushing the top plate diagonally, adjust the leveling legs as required. The washing load may also be unevenly distributed, so stop and rearrange the wash load.
