Why does my dryer sensor cycle end too early, leaving clothes still damp?

If the sensor cycle ends early, the load may not be making contact with the sensor strips, so you should level the dryer. For very small loads, switch to a Timed Dry cycle instead, or adjust the dryness level setting on sensor cycles — increasing the dryness level will extend the drying time. (Page 10)
