How should I add laundry detergent or single-dose laundry packets to this washer?

Add a measured amount of detergent or a single-dose laundry packet directly into the washer basket before adding clothes. If using Oxi-type boosters, color-safe bleach, or fabric softener crystals, add them to the bottom of the washer basket before adding clothes.
