What is the correct way to add bleach to my wash load?

If using liquid chlorine bleach, manually add the product to the wash water and do not use more than 1 cup (250 mL). Do not pour bleach directly onto the load as undiluted bleach will damage fabrics. Do not use color-safe bleach or Oxi products in the same cycle with liquid chlorine bleach. Wipe up any bleach spills immediately.
