What should I do if the water won't drain from the washer?

A drain issue is most commonly caused by a kinked or improperly connected drain hose. Straighten the drain hose, make sure the washer is not sitting on it, and ensure the top of the drain outlet is less than 8 feet (2.5 m) above the floor. (Page 11)
